Pand'or Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions set forth below govern the use of services offered using the site. Users are advised to read carefully and agree to the terms and conditions that have been set.
- All payments must be 100% completed in order to process your order.
- There are no refunds or cancellations after the payment is made. (For any issues or complaints, please kindly reach us to the below contact details)
Deliveries & Pick Up
- All deliveries via Pandor Courier must be ordered 2 business days before the requested delivery date.
- All cakes can only be delivered via Pand’or courier and are limited to Jabodetabek area.
- All orders made outside of operating hours will be processed on the next working day.
- We do not provide deliveries during Public Holidays.
- Deliveries via Pand'or Courier will be delivered between (8AM-6PM) on requested date. Please ask our staff if you have a request time, and we will do our best to assist you.
- If the chosen delivery is Gojek or Grab, we will order according to the date and time requested on your order.
- Please take it according to the date & time you requested to avoid delays, please write down the pick up time.
- All pick ups using motorbikes can be taken at Jl. Cipaku V No.12 Petogogan South Jakarta.
- We are not responsible for any damages/loss of goods via third party couriers such as Gojek/Grab.
- For orders of Cake sizes above 24cm must be ordered 2 business days in advance for delivery and in store pickup.
- Especially for ordering the last cake at 2pm.
