Order Placement and Confirmation
Changes: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, changes, refunds, or order cancellations are not possible.
Product Availability : Product availability may vary depending on seasonal factors and stock levels. We reserve the right to substitute items with similar or higher value products if necessary.
Payment
Payment: Full payment is required before order processing.
Payment Type: Our team member will send you a link with our virtual number account.
Proof of Payment: After transferring the payment, please send a screenshot of the confirmation to our WhatsApp number at +62 811 152 282.
Delivery & Pick Up
Changes: Please note that any changes to the delivery address or date must be made at least 3 days in advance. Changes made after this deadline is not possible due to logistical constraints.
Cake Pickup: Due to the delicate nature of our cakes, all cake orders must be picked up via car courier such as GrabCar or GoCar.
Delivery Fees:
Jakarta Area: IDR 120,000 (Please provide your complete address)
Outside Jakarta (Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi): IDR 220,000 (Please provide your complete address)
Multiple Address Fees: Additional delivery charges may apply for orders exceeding
15 cakes or 8 hampers per address.
Delivery Time:
All deliveries will be completed before 8:00 PM on the requested date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather conditions.
For Pickup: Self-pickup is available at Jl. Cipaku V No. 12, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
You can arrange pickup through Gojek or Grab.
